Search Terms
When a name, location, or other lookup term is entered into a partner search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Sumner County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to respond, handle the request, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
